Launcher Doesn't launch + Error after the download

Hello , i just saw there is multiple people that had the same first issue as me : launcher not opening, it seems like it is just a download on the background happening.

BUT , after the download is complete i have now another problem , an error, now its an error "134" on the forum its explained that deleting the cache folder is supposed to fix the probleme, but it doesn't work for me. Here's a screen !

Confirm, after download finished error message when wow wants to start. Deleted cache => same problem.

Hello,
Try to start the launcher now, if it's still not working, re-download it and replace the old launcher files. Remember to save your old WTF folder! Run it again and wait for it to update. Don't open it multiple times!
