Hello,
The error you receive is because it wants you to install Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable.The C++ seems to be in conflict with something from the Windows system. Maybe a reinstall of these redistributables can solve it.

Yesterday i was in raid and i just wanna relog.
when i relog, straight away comes out with this error.
I tried whole night , continue to try today, still wont work.
I've use all the method which other discussion room mentioned, yet still cannot.

1. Redownload whole game.
2. Reinstall DirectX 11.
3. Reinstall VC++ Redistribute.
4. Set the entire folder, tried 2 method, check and uncheck "read only".
5. Redownload the launcher, paste it.
6. Perform restart every session.
7. Move and remove "WTF" folder.
8. Tried move the entire folder to Local Disk C & D and try to launch.
9. Tried run as administrator, tried change compatibility to Win Vista/Win Server (Just try my luck lol).

Surprisingly, old launcher which is 7.2.5 still works.
Please enlighten me what else i have to do.
