[DUPLICATE] [Cathedral of Eternal Night] Thrashbite the Scornful's Scornful Gaze

Bug description: Scornful Gaze doesn't damage the first person in it's path, in fact the boss seems to outright cancel the cast if someone is sitting between the player with the mark and the boss himself. This trivializes the mechanic, and makes the boss a tank and spank almost. There's also the issue that for most people this will seem like the intended way to deal with the mechanic, which is having the tank soak the gaze so that the boss doesn't spawn the books upon colliding with the bookcases, meaning more often than not people will exploit this unknowingly.
Proof: I did not record this happening, but just have a person stay in between the marked player and the boss to get this outcome.
