[DUPLICATE] [Val'sharah] Heart of the Nightmare - NPC Disappears..

IN Game Name: Kostur
Faction: Alliance
Region: Val'sharah
Quest: [Story Line] Heart of the Nightmare
NPC Name: Tyrande Whisperwind

Problem [Explanation]: Everything was working fine till this Quest when i across a problem where NPC Disappears on end of quest when i need to TURN IN quest. Whoever i ask about this quest, thay said its working.. So i send ticket to GM and he gave me some tips how to fix it but neither of tham worked..

1. Restart Client
2. Disable Addons
3. Delete Cache
4. Restart PC
