Bug description: The buff don't reduce the cooldown of Bloodthirst (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=23881&&name=bloodthirst) and Raging Blow (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=85288&&name=raging-blow).Only works with the other abilities

It should not reduce the cooldown of Bloodthirst as I said on another report before.
