Bug description: i've unstucked 3 times delete the cache and relog but this VATHIR NPC doesn't exist..i saw few players who experience the same problem ... Thank You !

Confirm this, I have posted 2 topics on missing NPC vathir but mod only rejected me. It would be nice if fixed.
