Bug description: As mentioned on the previous report that "couldnt be replicated", Sapped Soul debuff isnt being removed after the "next ability" is used as it should, to multiple classes, with which I've ran vault since the patch update.. But in my case, as also mentioned in the first report, as an affliction warlock
Proof: Every spell used in the video, goes in the 10second cooldown while the debuff is up.. bug replicated on mythic difficulty and experienced in plenty of m+ difficulties as well

I can confirm this again, dunno how the helper wasn't able to reproduce the bug!

Hmm... weird... might be a weird interaction between affli & that spell. I tested on a fire mage specifically and was unable to reproduce it.

Will check with other classes now.
