Bug description: It's at fixed and applied to Felsong but it's still bugged and it doesnt do the 18% dmg. Easy to test at any dummy.

Yep,i can confirm on that one https://imgur.com/a/uMC85f4 . Did battle cry rampage only,5m rampage,18% of it should be 900k,it does 600k instead which is more like 12% dmg of it.

It's almost 2 weeks now since i posted this.WHAT ARE THIS CLASS MODS FOR? WHAT THE FK? No1 put this to confirmed or TRELLO? This is fking anoying...not even 1 gm doing something about big tier bugs.

Confirmed.

I checked the damage from 8 Rampage uses which is 40 HITS total on the target, the Slaughter casts are counting 40 also but the hits are counting 12 (when they should be x2 from the Rampage casts which is 16) the damage outcome is 12% which should be 18%.
