Hello guys

I returned today to Freakz on my 110 lvl paladin and began the story quest in dalaran , but during the quest i got the error message , i disabled all my Addons , i changed he background FPS to 30 .. then to 8 but nothing , it's the 5th time now .. Any help please ?

That error means that you're trying to log in when the server is going/or is offline. Most commonly happens during a crash or restart.

But it happened to me 5 times today in 1 hour of playing , did the server go offline 5 times ? oO

Same is happening to me, mostly in battlegrounds. And when want to get back i need to do unstuck and then i am marked as deserter
