Bug description: USUALLY this 3rd skin requires you to get 10 ratedbgs wins but here on freakz we have no such thing so it was changed to 10 brawls in 7.2.5 but now with the new patch this change reset.

The change was announced on the server back in 7.2.5 so I can't find it but everyone knows it was changed.
