Bug description: It's impossible to finish the weekly quest: https://www.wowhead.com/quest=48799/fuel-of-a-doomed-world. High Exarch Turalyon does not work as expected

As xDragonuL said, try another Vindicaar, which is not in Krokuun. I think the one in Antoran Wastes works fine.
