[REJECTED] argus teleportation

Bug description: The argus teleportation beacons aren't account wide as they should. Is it necessary to complete the 80 quest quest-line on all my chars in order to gear them up a little or it's going to be fixed as said in the link below on a ptr bug report. Hope you'll take a look into it. P.S i don't know if i categorized the bug in a suited subforum.

Hello,
I recently started the Argus campaign on an alt character (3 days ago to be exact) and my beacons worked fine. Try to delete your Cache folder and see if that works.

confirm, none of my toons could access beacons, had to re-do quests on every to unlock.

And i don't get the emissary quests either. Not like i could be albe to do them without beacons.
