Unable to log in after realm selection

Bug description: Hi, I am writing this in regards to my dad's account, we share the same computer, this morning he was playing and then he got stuck somewhere, so he turned the computer off by pressing the button (as he doesn't know about alt f4 xd). When he turned it on again, he was unable to log into his account. He writes the username and password, it sends him to the realm selection, and when he clicks on it, it just sends him back to the login screen again, with no message. I have read a couple of topics on this, where it was suggested that he deletes cache + WTF folder, which we did and it still does not work. It was also recommended that he tries many times in a row, and that doesn't work either. Changing the portal in the Freakz.WTF file to 'EU' also does nothing.
I would like to point out that it is only his account that is the issue, when I log into mine on the same computer it works. Could you please advise what could be wrong? The fact that it only happens to his account is weird. Thank you!

Seeing as you've tried clearing Cache, I can only recommend that he uses the unstuck function, not that it could yield much results, but worth a try.

I've already tried that as I thought it might be because of a combination of him getting stuck and shutting the computer off like that, but sadly it still does not work.

Update: it's working now, no idea which one of the 100 things I did worked, but something did and he can connect to the realm now, and he had no issues in the last few hours. You can close the topic, thank you for your time.
