[FIXED] [Monk][Mistweaver] Jade Serpent Statue Soothing mist range

Bug description: The statue should channel the heal on it's target until the target is farther than 60 yards from the statue.
Right now it cancels the heal after you are farther than 40 yards.

It's easy to test : just place the statue at max range( 40 yards) , put soothing mist on you with effuse etc, the statue will also apply it's soothing on you.
Then move farther back a few yards. The soothing will break.
