Kill Jaedens Burning Wish not scaling with Mastery: Enhanced Elements.

Bug description: It doesn't scale with Mastery: Enhanced Elements https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=77223 (wowhead link)
Proof: Mastery: Enhanced Elements should scale with every Fire, Frost & Nature Damage, that includes many trinkets and abilities that deal Fire, frost or Nature Damage.
This was changed in Battle for Azeroth but still remained the same in 7.3.5.
I've tested and it works with other Fire & Nature trinkets just not with Kill Jaeden's Burning Wish.

Proof:
Tooltip is your proof, also http://prntscr.com/ryfwbs , http://prntscr.com/ryfwjn & http://prntscr.com/ryfwwb all 3 of them are scaled by my Mastery, its not increased directly on the Item Tooltip but its increased in actual damage.
You can see it here:

So Kill Jaeden's Burning Wish is an Elemental trinket, just like Infernal Cinders http://prntscr.com/ryg1zp , 1.4m in tool tip should be scaled up with mastery, not be a fixed amount.
This was one of the BiS trinkets for AoE shamans in Legion Retail, because it was scaled with Mastery: Enhanced Elements.
Same goes with other Fire, Frost, Nature trinkets.

I have the same issue as well, typing this message to follow.

Another thing is, the Kil'jaeden's trinket wont activate mostly during raid boss, and sometimes when doing wq as well.
i have to spam hard my keyboard or switch target then it can be activated.

I second with this trinket not activating (only after you switchtargets). Its VERY annoying
