Bug description: The turn-in NPC doesn't show up and i can't complete the Bradenbrook storyline and progress to Black rook. Yes, I tried deleting the Cache folder, yes I tried disabling all addons, yes I tried reloading/logging out.

Hello,
Since you've tried to log out and delete Cache, the only option left is to try and unstuck with Remove from Party option.
