[REJECTED] Locked Third Relic Slot only on two weapons.

Bug description:
Using my restoration and guardian artifact weapons I can use my third relic slot, but on my balance and feral weapons they are still locked.
I spoke to Death Knight who encountered this same issue with his weapons.
To give an idea of what quests I have completed I have recently achieved the "Champions of Legionfall" Achievement.
This may be because I placed feral and balance weapons in bank when I was leveling and questing while restoration and guardian has always been on me.

Hello,
Equip the said items by switching to the spec and then relog. You should have the third relic slot unlocked after that.
