Bug description: In this quest, GIVEN TO TROLL CHARACTERS, we are tasked with stealing 6 barrels of rice from the area the Goblins hung out at prior to the construction of the Embassy. However, no such barrels can be found, making this quest un-completable.

Do note that if you are any other race but troll, you get a similarly named quest but are requested to steal Troll rice instead. That one is completable as I can see the barrels of troll rice.

It's only the Troll version of the quest for goblin rice that doesn't work.

Proof: I could not take any screenshot of the barrels of goblin rice as there are none spawned. What I can show is the database search for Barrel of Goblin Rice. Shows none spawned.
