Bug description:
1.The damage done by summoned weapons (seen as pets for my addons) is too low. As the spell says "mirrors the damage" . So as it seems in the photos below, for each weapon damage is very low compared to the original cast. It is valable for each spell as i saw, can be tested easily, as a proof i had only heart strike and blood boil.
2.The summoned weapons RARELY attack your main target. I think it should scale with your own attack speed.
3. (edit) . I saw that the weapons SOMETIMES fails in hitting the target with the desired spell. What i want to say is that once i use for example Marrowrend i get only 2 (one mine, the other one , one blade and the 3rd one, from the second blade is missing) hits on it instead of 3 ( one mine, and two of the blades). I might come with a proof for that too.

The damage replicated by them is fine . They aren't supposed to inherit your full AP into the spells duplicated . I can confirm that it rarely somehow doesn't work , but that might be due to the parry vs tank specializations thing that is going on rn.
I'll wait for that fix to go live before I investigate further , it did happen to me aswell , I did a marrowrend today in Karazhan and recieved no stacks at all , couldn't really replicate it afterwards to find out the cause of the bug/mistake or whatever .

Not sure either about those missed hits. Also you should check their capacity to attack the target or follow it, sometimes they just hang around me

Also, since you are here, i may ask you if rune regeneration works as intended. For some reason even if i have like 150% haste in some invasion points they still recharge very slow, while only gcd is affected by that haste.

I think that the issue might lie in the position that the weapons spawn in, or how they move. If I pop Dancing Rune Weapon while out of any enemies' range, then run into their range and quickly use an ability, the weapons sometimes don't replicate the ability, because they are out of range.

I can confirm that this is happening but it really rarely does happen . I barely could reproduce it once .
