[REJECTED] Can't get the quest from NPC after finishing all before

Bug description: Can't get that quest, after finishing all before. You can see NPC's that shouldn't normally be there if I didnt finish the quests earlier, i tried unstuck and to delete the cache.

Have you done the quest of the Gunpowder Barrels? I said this because one day I forgot to do it and like you, I couldn't get the final quests.
Cheers... BTW, if you didn't, look inside one of the sunken ships. There will a guy with a quest there.
