[REJECTED] [Item][Heirloom] Leveling heirloom rings

Bug description:
I got these items in my heirloom collection. I upgraded them to be able to go to level 90. From there come the problems. I can upgrade them to 100, but i cannot upgrade them to 110. From 100 to 110 it gives me the error: "Can't do that yet". I tried to relog, and when i came back ingame they were back to 90. Did this 3 times, always happened the same. From what i can deduct, after i upgrade them to 100, the game still thinks they are 90. This is why when i try to make them for 110, the game thinks they are 90 so i get the message i mentioned above.

Proof:
Screens shouldn't be needed, can be tested anytime and it provides the same result.

I have the same problem with "Captain Sander's Returned Band" from lvl 90 to 100.
