Bug description: "When empowered by the Pantheon, your Critical Strike, Haste, Mastery, or Versatility is increased by x value for 15 seconds. Khaz'goroth always empowers your highest stat."
I have 990 ilvl version of Khaz'goroth's Courage (yes, i donated a item to upgrade it from 985 to 990 ilvl), and the second buff doesnt appeared in my whole combat, there is no uptime of this buff.

"In order to be "Empowered by the Pantheon" (i.e. trigger the secondary proc), certain conditions must be met within your raid group:
The secondary proc can only be triggered in Antorus, the Burning Throne. It will not work in dungeons or in the open world.
The primary proc ( Worldforger's Flame) WILL trigger in dungeons and the open world.
In order for the secondary proc to trigger, there must be 4 different primary procs from Pantheon trinkets active at the SAME TIME within your raid group
The various Pantheon trinkets are listed in the table below, including the corresponding procs.
If at any point during an encounter any 4 (or more) different primary procs are simultaneously active, those raiders will trigger their secondary proc."

Pantheon trinkets work as intended beside some only Aman'thul interactions,but as Stimulation said conditions need to be met in order to proc the second buff which work.Rejected.
