already done, multiple times and Yesterday ive meet other players having the same issue

I was having the same issue, but once I handed in the quest to donate 100 legionfall supplies to the same quest giver next to the construction table, I was then able to interact with the table.
HOWEVER, I still can NOT contribute to anything.

Mage tower is up but still has construction scroll in front of building, when clicked on, it goes into a cut scene but doesnt complete construction (even tho it is finished and questgivers and portals are avail inside).
Nether disruptor is greyed out.
Command center shows "under attack" in red, even if all mobs are killed that are attacking it.
So the broken shore questline is still quite broken ><

Hello,
In order to complete this quest, you need to have at least one of the three buildings "Under construction" with the "Contribute" button active (provided you have 100 legionfall resources available).
Clicking on the scrolls in front of the buildings won't do anything.
