[Monk][Mistweaver]Chi torpedo distance

Bug description: the distance you travel is too long.

But now as of today is something like 32 - 34 yards.

The way I did the test was I put a serpent statue at max range - 40 yards and then I chi torpedoed towards it.
I got to a point that was a bit closer to the statue than the ring of peace radius (which is 8 yards.. I think) and 40 - 8 = 32.
