Bug description: The issue seems to have not been fixed. I haven't taken any screenshots or saved logs, but the fight bugged out on us in the same way on 21st of April, so probably after the fix (done on 19th) had gone live. Note that our mage noticed Torment the Weak (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=252906 (wowhead link)) artifact trait was still present on the boss after it has gone friendly and bugged out.
