Ye it seems like it has the same script as devotion aura which it shouldn't,it is actually splitting between the allies,this is just my guess i haven't tested it yet,i will when i have people around me,right now when im alone it says 10%.

Checked it now,it works as intended,just for some reason it has a wrong tooltip but it does transfer 10%.
