[REJECTED] [Val'sharah] Jarod's Mission Quest - Commander Jarod Shadowsong NPC Doesn't exist

Bug description:
I've completed every quest chain in Val'sharah https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=10698&&name=that-s-val-sharah-folks except Bradensbrook and Black Rook Hold. According to the Freakz database, after completing For the Corn! quest, Commander Jarod Shadowsong NPC
https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=92620&&name=commander-jarod-shadowsong NPC must show up in Bradensbrook at coordinates: (Val'sharah) 42.46,58.97 and give me the quest Jarod's Mission but it does not exist there.

OK you're right I haven't completed that quest but it wasn't listed on the Quest Helper quest chains of that story.
Maybe I should check wowhead as well next time
