Bug description: both required quest items do not drop from the corresponding bosses (Moroes in Lower Karazhan and Viz'aduum in Upper Karazhan) at least in heroic difficulty.

Proof: no quest item was dropped in more than 10 attempts each boss in heroic, either they do not drop at all or the drop rate is much much lower than it should be (that is 50%).

It is still a bug though.
The q items should be dropped also in Heroic, why do I have to do it in Mythic? Especially since q items are NOT dropped in M+, based on what Wowhead says.
