Bug description: So I was doing this quest, The Prince is Going Down, I've killed Prince Oceanus, completed the chapter Against the Giants from Azsuna storyline and then the server restarted. When I logged in the chapter was no more completed, the quest wasn't in my questlog and I couldn't find the quest anywhere.
Proof: I don't have proof.
