[REJECTED] Hunter Class Hall Recruitment skills & NPC are BUGGED

Bug description: Both The Tier - 6 talents are bugged in Hunter Class Hall
Proof: For the Talent "Roster of Champions" where you get the option to increase the number of active champions from 6 to 7 is bugged and is already being followed by the team.

What really bakes my noodles is the fact that "Born of the Night" which allows you to recruit Nightborne units is bugged too. Apparently even after learning that talent you cant find the NPC to recruit them Its Missing.

To top that the NPC to recruit Band of Hunters/Pathfinders is Bugged too. So i'm left with only Squad of Archers which have a very low success chance on missions.

My only question is does anything even works properly in the class hall when it comes to recruiting additional units. It worked fine in 7.2 but with launch of 7.3 looks like the Pandoras Box containing BUGS has been opened.

Please guys at least fix this thing on priority basis coz without these additional units doing missions is a NIGHTMARE. CHEERS.
