Bug description: 75% PvP mod isn't impleneted.
Proof: I don't have rogue but i've tested it on server you took a client from and wasn't working there. Rupture in general does way too much dmg in pvp. Feel free to give me a rogue so I can give you a proper numerical breakdown. Alternatively, please post your calculations to prove me wrong.

When you test/report class bugs, test on OUR server with OUR client. Not blizz, not any other private server.
