Bug description: If you don't have engineering as a prof and you hand this quest in, it adds Engineering as a third profession, at first I thought it had deleted my max level herbalism but no it had just moved it out of view. So it basically gave me 3 profs

Confirmed. You shouldn't be able to have these quests in the first place if you don't have Engineering.
