No increase in stamina as it says Strom'kar arms warrior spec
I mean whenever artifact level increases my stamina doens't like it is supossed to like in description

Stamina gains from artifacts have been nerfed at some point after 7.1.5 from 0.75% (IIRC) to an unknown number (less than that though) to compensate for the amount of traits people started to get. The increase should be & is minimal, and is about 0.1 mil HP per 3 traits, at least on my protection paladin. It is likely even less on DPS specs such as Arms because the stamina increase as far as I know is % based meaning the less total HP you have the more insignificant the stamina buff will become. Nothing is bugged though.
