Broken Isles Quest Chain information

Hi, if i recall correctly, in previous patch, there was no need to do any dungeon to complete the broken shore quest chain. But now, i only have a quest to do some shitty dungeon (Chatedral of Eternal Night: Altar of The Aegis), and i'm stuck... no other quests on broken isle. Is this some kind of quests mess up, or it will this be the way to proceed?

To continue the storyline, u gotta do em. Btw some quests are still bugged in Highmountain for example, and you can't finish all chapters.

That quest wasn't supposed to be optional in the past, it's fixed now.

All the major legion storylines bugs that appeared after the 725 to 735 transition are fixed by now and you can unlock flying.
