[PvP][Arenas/BG] Deserter DC timer

Bug description: If player gets disconnected something that is out of his control player should be able to go back in to the game within 1 min to resume where he left off.
Side note. It is a common sense that you should not penalise with 15 min deserter for something that happens so frequently.

Agree , its ridiculous, your game crashes cuz of server side bug and you are dropped off from a bg just few points before wins

Even if it isn't servers fault. Still there should be a 1 min grace time for you to come back and resume the game. Even in Blizzcon tournament they wait for the person to come back.

Also what's funny is that wow freakz actually aware of the 1 min grace time due to the fact they mentioned it in their unstuck screen.

I am guessing it got bugged after 7.3.5 update. Since I was able to unstuck my toon without waiting for 1 min cooldown. So this can be interconnected considering the nature of the problem.

yes you get auto kicked from bg when relog and that sucks due the fact tthat alot of spells bugs and glitches out -.-

Everytime your client gets a random freeze you have to altF4, it's unplayable atm.
