Bug description: I am enhancement spec and have enhancement loot specialization on, but I received elemental-only legendary. It is useless to me, I have worked hard and put in a lot of time to get legendary from RNG (not from essence) and I have been punished by receiving useless leggo. Can I have my veiled argunite back or have the legendary swapped to other ?
