[Priest][Shadow][PvP] Dispersion damage reduction

Bug description: Dispersion is not reducing damage. Dispersion gives 60% damage reduction + 35% honor talent + 20% shadowform = 115% damage reduction. On the screenshot you can see that the damage of rake and rip is the same before and throughout the dispersion (when dispersion is active you should take 0 damage) = dispersion gives 0% damage reduction.

also i think there might be problem with damage reduction on shadow priest, especially vs rogues and dks (also dks pets), if that could be checked
