[REJECTED] Special Delivery: no Nightborne courier spawn

Bug description: Theres no courier spawn at all

Proof: i cant show any proof for this bug, but ive walked ard the whole area and didnt see a single nightborne courier at all. i cant proceed with my quest

There actually is one that you can kill multiple times, he respawns like every minute or so and he just walks around this one corner at...47, 75.14, somewhere in that area there is 1. (I might be missing the exact coordinate but it's around that area just check the NPC names) Haven't found more of them except that one.

As luka76 said above, there is one you can kill the necessary amount of times as he spawns fairly quickly. It is possible that the mobs are phased out if the world quest with the same objective is currently active and incomplete.
