Bug description: dot doesnt stack

The damage is being lost in the fast uses on Rampages, when by waiting for the DOT to almost tick-out and using Rampage again comes up to a perfect 18%.

The uptime of the Slaughter with fast Rampage uses is 90% while using the normal rotation and playstyle of a warrior
* (47.22M Rampage DMG -- 6.17M Slaughter DMG) (Rampage: 75 hits --Slaughter: 32 hits) = 13%

The uptime of the Slaughter with Rampages when the dot is about to expire is 80%
* (35.16M Rampage DMG -- 6.32M Slaughter DMG ) (Rampage: 45 hits -- Slaughter: 27 hits) = 17.9%

Regarding to what blyst said,the dmg is lost because the dot doesnt stack.If u do 2 rampages,its 18%+18%.But if u do 2 fast rampages,its because the 2nd rampage dot overwrites the first one before it does its full dmg.So per 1 rampage u get 2 ticks,if u use another rampage before getting ur 2nd tick on ur previous rampage,u lose that dot and overwrites the dot with the new rampage.So ull only get 9% from the first rampage+18% from the new one.This is why the dot should stack,by stacking if u use fast rampages as fury playstyle is,u actually get 9% from the first rampage+(9% 2nd tick dot from the frist rampage+18% from the new rampage) which is 36,the same.

chek dmg in blizzard 3.6 sing dmg aoe 6-7m dps in freakz 2.4 m dmg sing aoe 3.5 just chek
