Bug description: broken rppm

The rppm of the trinket is broken.It only procs the default base rppm(3 procs per min) which is shown on freakz database aswell as wowhead.It should have specific rppm procs for every different spec.As for proof,i could upload a 7min vid where u can see it doesnt go beyond 3 procs per min,sometimes even less but never have i had more.Test was made on a fury warrior but i suppose the rppm system for it is the same for everyone.https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=225139 (wowhead link) here u can check all the rppm procs for every specific spec.While the effect has been reduced with 7.3 the rppm was never touched.
