[FIXED] [Trinket] Ley Spark Exploit/Bug

Bug description: The stacks granted by ley spark do not expire instantly after the 15 seconds from the proc. Instead, they linger on for an additional 15 seconds, at full 30/30 stacks (30 is the max amount of stacks it can have) after which they disappear. This makes the trinket quite stupidly broken. At 985 this trinket gives you 24.330 Agility, for 15 seconds + the initial 15 the trinket is actually supposed to have.
Proof: I cannot record a video of this myself as I do not have the trinket.

Confirmed.
