[REJECTED] [Death Knight] Bane of the Fallen Crusader heal not properly affected by dampening

Bug description: Heal should be 6% of hp, which in this dk case is 198k heal, now on first screenshot dampening is 22%, using simple math we can calculate the heal should be 154.9k but it actually healed 183k, which is more then intended.
Then on second screenshot dampening is 30%, in that case heal should be 139k but it healed for 162k, which is obvious bug.

So I did some tests..
The difference in healing is probably because of https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=191488 (wowhead link)
This trait should increase the strength proc and also the healing and from the tests I did it's working ok also versa is not affecting the heal which is also ok.

with 4 ranks it increases the healing by 40% so 6% becomes 8.4%

The heal is constantly ~506k and the guy has ~6M HP (look @ 1:29 on the left the heal with the fallen crusader icon)
6M * 0.084 = 504 so close enough

In the tests you provided the dk had 3.3M hp
0.084 * 3.3M = 277k
0.78 (dampening 22%) * 277k = 216k
And the dk got healed for 183k so actually I think it's affecting the heal more than it should.
