[DUPLICATE] 10stack convert requires 11

Bug description: This is confirmed topic, but it is not about spirit of harmony only. I tried it with mote of air. same problem. I think every 10stack convert item has this bug

Yes, I can confirm that it does indeed take 11 to create Primal items. I will duplicate this topic and will add the information in the additional one with all the motes that are not working as they should.
