[REJECTED] Artifact Appearance Missing after DC

Bug description: [READ ALL PLEASE] I have finished Balance of Power storyline just before DC and I got achievement needed for artifact appearance but then server went down and after i logged back in my balance of power quest was nowhere to find,I still had ap that u get from finishing that quest in bag but quest nor achievement nor appearance was nowhere to find... is there any way I could get my appearance?
I didn't take ss when I got achievement before DC because I did not expect DC nor did I espect it wouldnt be there after DC but I took screenshot while I was getting appearance ss down in proofs...

1. https://imgur.com/eRzKMxs I took this screen shot before I went to dalaran to change tmog to go with my new appearance.. only ss I took before dc to brag about my new appearance..
2. https://imgur.com/WVpySYq Here I came back to check if Balance of Power quest is there but it wasnt and then I checked my bags and there was https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=140307&&name=heart-of-zin-azshari that u get after u finish balance of power
3. https://imgur.com/kCsUyhS Checked in Shal Aran too if there are any quests (which I already have completed before)
