Bug description: doesn't increase the healing of the next holy shock and doesn't increase healing during it's duration

without proc my flash of light heals for 370k and with proc 370k

My holy shock heals for 291k
then when the proc occurs I spammed flash of light during it's duration but by the end my holy shock healed for the same 291k value.

It needs to be effective healing read the tooltip.
