the WOW wont open (CAS error)

Same here, and currently I'm using Wifi, so I can't get into what wasthis post (https://forum.wow-freakz.com/WoW-Legion-client-t452441.html) solution supposed to do without using broadband connection.
Also I already tried to disable some proxy setting (if necessary) and still not work.

Damn what is wrong with you all? The server is offline at the moment and you will be able to connect when will be up. It's not hard to get this, check uptime status and don't spam this blah blah blah

1St i delete Files in ''Cache'' Folder
2nd i delete this file called ''Utils'' ( if you didn't find this folder just skip this step )
3rd download and replace launcher
Done its work for me
