Bug description: When using [Freezing Trap] in pvp and you have [Diamond Ice], it should be undispellable but the damage of dots dispell the trap

Also the "Tracket's Net" Honor talent doesn't reduce the hit chance. Please fix it, the only pvp viable spec is marksman and we'd like to enjoy the other ones.

Can't reproduce this. Any DoT that is on the Target during the effect of the Trap is stagnating, doesn't do damage.
