[REJECTED] Can't equip 2nd leggo on my shaman

Bug description: When I try to equip the second legendary item in my bag it says that I have too many socketed gems of that type, also when I try to find the npc wich gives me the class hall upgrades in my class hall he is nowhere to be found, so I am unable to get the second legendary equipped.

Hello,
It would seem that either you haven't upgraded your order research to enable you to wear two legendaries, or it is gone for some reason, but as I can see, you can wear one Legendary at the moment.

Yea the problem is that I can't fix that, I am unable to equip my second legendary item, and I can't unlock that possibility, so I'm stuck with 1 equipable leggo for that character
