artifact appearence bug

hi freakz stuff

since 7.3.5 is launched my 3rd line artifact appearences are gone and it says go do balance of power

i ve done balance of power in 7.2.5 long ago and i had 3 out of 4 appearences of 3rd linee

and now when i wanna re start balance of power q line there is no npc that gives the quest

so now i cant do quest line and i dont have appearences that i had

Hello,
You can't have done Balance of Power in the previous patch as it was not implemented in the previous patch. In order to do it, you need to have completed your Order campaign, as well as at least started the Azsuna storyline.

but ive done that and i had appearence too and ive done all the order campaigns and classhall campaigns and all area quest lines

and it was implemented on 7.2.5 dude so ive done almost everything now what can i do ?

On 7.2.5 it was hotfixed to ignore balance of power but since the chain was fixed, you need to complete that requirement too.
