[REJECTED] The heart of the zin-azshari (dont let me take the item)

Bug description: I do the quest in mytich, in group, in band, i do the quest 45 times.. and when i want to take the item its say "the items was busy" (el objeto esta ocupado en español). I restar, i delete cache, i cancel the quest... i dont know what more to do.
